Our employees are encouraged to work collaboratively and embrace innovation to deploy needs based financial solutions in the communities we serve.   We're hiring a Personal Banker to join our Western PA Team.   This person is responsible for developing and maintaining a personal portfolio of prospects and customers and delivering exceptional service.  Profiling customers to determine their needs, then cross-selling appropriate products and services and/or referring customer to the integrated platform.  They are responsible for providing a broad base of services, including deposit-based, credit, investment and fee-based products, with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customer’s business.  Develops and maintains relationships with Univest partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards.  Proactively makes outbound sales calls to inform customers about a wide variety of financial services solutions that will meet their needs and deepen the customer experience and relationship.  The incumbent will also be responsible to service customers at the teller line by completing a variety of financial transactions following technical and operational guidelines.   This position will float among the Western PA Group's Financial Centers, which include: Cranberry Township and Forest Hills. Mileage reimbursement is included.
