Girard Advisory - Client Services Associate supports the Client Service and Operational responsibilities for our team.  This role allows for interaction within all levels in the organization and exposure to the investment advice and investment analysis process.  The daily responsibilities are varied and allow for swift prioritization and response times.   Girard maintains a boutique culture where your ability to multi-task will be a key to your success. 


Client Service Associate Responsibilities:  Support Wealth Advisors and Girard clients meeting their Financial Goals by: 

  • Process requests (initiation to completion) efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare requested documentation
  • Monitor and communicate status of requests
  • Troubleshoot delays and issues
  • Participate in projects
  • Interface with custodians to address and resolve client needs.
  • Maintain data integrity of systems including the Advent/BlackDiamond Portfolio Accounting System and Salesforce CRM (which includes Workflow and Task monitoring).
  • Ensure firm procedures are followed.
  • Comply with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including SEC rules and regulations
  • Perform additional projects and duties as required or assigned.


  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in business related field
  • Minimum 2 years work experience
  • Motivated professional who strives to exceed customer (internal and external) expectations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and competing/shifting priorities
  • Strong communication (verbal/written) and organizational skills with the ability to work cooperatively with individuals while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Adaptable to new technology
