Serve as Trust Administrator for assigned accounts and self-developed business.
Serve as Trust Administrator for assigned accounts and self-developed business and perform the duties required for those accounts, including client communication, handling of deposit and disbursement requests, bill payment, medical and Medicare issues, gathering tax information, working closely with the Portfolio Manager, etc.
Develop new fiduciary business leveraging existing client relationships, professional networks (attorneys, accountants, etc.) and personal sphere of influence
Monitor existing client relationships to provide exceptional service. Introduce potential resources, including Univest solutions, to address potential client needs whenever appropriate
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
Perform additional duties as required
4 year degree or equivalent Trust experience required
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Trust experience preferred
Ability to interact with attorneys and accountants in order to create strong referral sources
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to communicate pleasantly and professionally with employees and clients
Professional attitude and willingness to work together with a team toward common goals
