This person is responsible for developing and maintaining a personal portfolio of prospects and customers and delivering exceptional service. Profiling customers to determine their needs, then cross-selling appropriate products and services and/or referring customer to the integrated platform. They are responsible for providing a broad base of services, including deposit-based, credit, investment and fee-based products, with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customer’s business. Develops and maintains relationships with Univest partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards. Proactively makes outbound sales calls to inform customers about a wide variety of financial services solutions that will meet their needs and deepen the customer experience and relationship.
