Manage printers and managed print support contracts across the enterprise. This includes; documentation, issue tracking, printer replacements and device configurations.
Provide support for audio visual equipment including deployment, support and end user training.
Provide administration support for user account creation, including active directory, VPN and enterprise applications.
Coordinate office moves and assist in large scale deployments.
Provide monthly reports to management on IT call volumes, opened/resolved tickets, PC deployments, account creations and other measurable metrics.
Provide remote support to the operations and engineering teams when necessary. This will include technology deployments, site surveys and hands-on testing and troubleshooting.
Responsible for asset tracking and equipment disposal. Work with technical teams and F&A to determine hardware lifecycle and coordinate proper disposal of equipment.
Work with IT technical teams and business line managers to create and maintain support documentation including site information, application inventory and diagrams, and other information needed by the technical teams to proficiently support the business.
Provide end-user training on enterprise applications and new technology solutions.
Schedule regular visits to remote sites and branches and serve as a technical liaison for technical issues and requests.
Contact end-users and office managers to follow up on the success or any outstanding issues from deployments, projects, moves and upgrades.
Decide on escalation path for technology problems brought to his/her attention during on-site visits
Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

5-10 years of experience supporting and implementing solutions in an enterprise environment.
Degree, Certification or experience in one or more of the following:
Experience working in a diverse environment supporting and deploying technology solutions across multiple business units and locations.
Experience supporting managed printer service contracts.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows endpoint operating systems and core desktop applications.
Ability to work in a team oriented, fast-paced and challenging environment with little supervision.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to communicate at various technology skill levels; including corporate executive level managers, non-IT related business managers and customers.
Must possess the desire and ability to learn.
Must possess strong customer service skills and maintain a professional image.
Must be deadline and results-oriented.
Must possess or gain knowledge of the banking industry.
