  • Responsibilities

     

    • First level support of the nCino/Salesforce platform
    • Utilize ticket system to log support calls and requests
    • Experience using validation rules, workflow rules, process builder and familiarity with managing page layouts
    • Responsible for creating and managing user profiles, permission sets and role hierarchy
    • Responsible for license tracking and reporting
    • Responsible for management and prioritization of user request queue
    • Manage all Salesforce releases, inclusive of documentation, communicating enhancements, oversee testing and deployment
    • Responsible for the development and unit testing of all Salesforce reports
    • Manage the import of lists into Salesforce for campaigns, leads and accounts Responsible for unit/system testing all work inclusive of vendor modifications
    • Responsible for the documentation of business requirements
    • Support all training initiatives including but not limited to new hire training, implementation training, creation of training materials, etc.
    • Support Salesforce project team on smaller project work and minor configuration work
    • Responsible for license tracking and reporting
    • Determine the scope of enhancements, analyze problems/opportunities, and provide recommendations/estimates for complex business and information management problems
    • Adhere to software development best practices, experience using change sets to push enhancements from a sandbox environment to production

     

     

    • Knowledge of all phases of the quality assurance and testing process related to standard programs and issues. 

     

    Qualifications

    • Position is located in Souderton, PA - REMOTE WORK IS NOT AVAILABLE
    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

     

     

      • 1-2 years of Salesforce.com administrator experience
      • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
      • Understanding of Lightning Experience preferred
      • nCino experience preferred
    • Ability to determine the scope of enhancements, analyze problems/opportunities, and provide recommendations to complex business and information management problems
    • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology and best practices
    • Self-motivated, quick learner with the ability to work independently or in a team
    • Ability to design and implement continuous improvement opportunities within an organization
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify the root cause of issues and provide applicable solutions
    • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
    • Ability to develop a tactical execution plan to achieve a corporate vision
    • Operate well under pressure, ensuring that others are treated with respect and consideration and that decisions are clearly rendered

     

    • Excellent communication is a must. Highly developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are required as the position involves interaction with users, business partners and vendors
