Provide sales support to Wealth Advisors / Associates including, but not limited to, creating client sales proposals, performance reports, client review meeting preparation, tracking transfer of assets, and preparing account opening and new business documents as needed.
Provide client servicing support for assigned Wealth Advisors including, but not limited to, responsively handling incoming client inquiries, setting appointments, performing monthly administrative reviews.
Coordinate and report all sales plan tracking on an ongoing basis and be able to generate reports on an as needed basis to Department and Senior Management.
Coordinate and process commission report for Wealth Advisor team.
Resolve higher end customer service inquiries and issues as needed.
Create, update and maintain all forms, disclosures and documents utilized by the firm.
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct and Communications with the Public.
Perform additional projects and duties as required or assigned
Sales support experience in the financial services industry preferred.
Pleasant telephone manner and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast-paced and team-oriented work environment
Strong communication (verbal/written) and organizational skills with the ability to work cooperatively with individuals while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work independently with strong administrative and problem solving skills
Ability to exercise good judgment by recognizing urgency and prioritizing accordingly
Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; adaptable to new technology
Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent work experience
