New business development responsibility for qualified retirement plan relationships, per the annual sales plan
Conducting enrollment and continuing education meetings for 401(k) plan participants
Managing relationships for retirement plan accounts sold. This will include annual contract review meetings with clients, consulting on plan investments, and consulting with clients regarding plan design and plan administration issues
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct.
Perform additional duties as required.
